This Privacy Policy applies to the cars vs cops mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), created by TYLER ALLEN (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “as is.”
The App does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided information and automatically collected information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a court subpoena or similar legal process;
When it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a governmental request;
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user data for the duration of your use of the App and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you wish to have user data you have provided through the App deleted, please contact the Service Provider at contact@tylerallen.online, and they will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the App to solicit or knowingly market data to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children not to submit any personally identifiable information via the App and/or Services. Parents and legal guardians are also encouraged to monitor their children’s internet use and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children not to submit any personally identifiable information via the App and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has submitted personally identifiable information to the Service Provider via the App and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (contact@tylerallen.online) so that they can take appropriate action. You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personal information in your country (in some countries, we may allow your parent or guardian to do this on your behalf).
